SETTING FOR MODEL DC - LC - LDC (SETUP)
Set 00 Multi language display
In Set up it is possible to select the language of all the descriptions showed by the display:

Italian
English
French
German
Spanish.
Set 01 ENABLE / DISABLE digital inputs from external contacts
In Set up you can activate or deactivate the control of all the inputs of the device.
If inputs are deactivated, they are considered as always closed and no jumper is required on the terminal board.
Use a jumper for unused inputs if you activate them.
NOTE: all inputs of the device have to be connected to external contact without voltage.
Set 02 Operation selection AUTOMATIC / MANUAL
Automatic (Cleaning by dP values)
Manual

In automatic mode, the controls of the fan, the dP, C6 and D5 are active and the activation of the cleaning cycle will depend on such functions.

In manual mode, the control of the fan, the dP, C6 and D5 are not active.
Set 03 Activation time from 0.05 to 5.00 sec.
Set 04 Interval time from 1 to 999 sec.
If the pulse time is lower than 1 sec., it is possible to set any interval time value in the range indicated.
If the activation time is higher than 1 sec., the minimum settable interval time is:
Minumum interval time = 5 times the pulse time (B2x)
Set 05 Interval time between ev. during post-cleaning
Interval time between two activations settable by keyboard when post-cleaning cycles are active and during the forced cycles of option C2x if available.
The selection range is the same as the inteval time in standard operation mode (B3x).
Set 06 Additional cycles after fan stop
In automatic operation mode, you can add a pre-set number of cleaning cycles after the fan stop.
Their number can be set from 0 to 99 by keyboard.
The sequencer will automatically recognise the fan state by comparing the dP readout with the threshold in set code 11: dP > set 11 = fan on, dP < set 11 = fan off.
Post-cleaning cycles are activated even if dP = 0.
When the fan is off or dP < set 11, the display shows 'FAN STOP'.
The display shows 'POST-CLEANING ACT' during additional cycles and if there is no alarm.
Post-cleaning cycles are activated only if the dP readout should reach the threshold value of cycle STOP in normal operation mode.
Set 07 Selection of Number of outputs
The selection of the number of outputs to be controlled is connected by keyboard in SET MODE.
If you set 0 or AUTO in this function, the sequencer will automatically select the connected loads by skipping the non connected ones.
Minimum load 5W ÷ 12 W depending on the output voltage.If the load is below 5 W, autoselection does not work, set the number of outputs in set up.
Set 08 Manual activation of every single output from keyboard
By keyboard, it is possible to activate manually and individually every single output for an operation test.
Press key A to select the desired output to be activated. Press key C to activate the output.
The output is holded active until key C is pressed. It allows to measure the output voltage by using a tester. In case of anomalous operating, do this test with electrovalves disconnected.
Set 09 Operation hour-counter
In Setup it is possible to visualize an hour counter.
This counter is active when the cleaning cycle in On.
In case of fan stop, consent D6 not present or with the device in Setup mode, the counter stops automatically.
Set 10 dP zero readout regulation
In this set up code it is possible to adjust the zero reading of differential pressure.
In this function the display shows the dP reading and, when the plant is stopped or air pipes are not connected if the dP reading is not 0.00 kPa it is possible to adjust it by key A and C.
Set 11 dP threshold for cycle activation after fan stop
In automatic operation mode, you can add a pre-set number of cleaning cycles after the fan stops.
Their number can be set from 0 to 99 by keyboard. The sequencer will automatically recognise the fan state by comparing the dP readout with the threshold in set code 11: dP > set 11 = fan on, dP < set 11 = fan off.

Set 12 Minimum dP alarm
If the dP readout is below the threshold set in Set up, the minimum dP alarm is activated.
The display shows the alarm condition code E8 (see the alarm description) or the dP readout and letter L alternatively, according to the model.
The corresponding alarm relay will signal its condition.
The alarm is automatically reset when the dP readout is above the threshold again.
With set value 'OFF' or 'E' (according to the model), the function is excluded.
NOTE: the minimum dP alarm is delayed by 60 seconds by default after the activation of the first cleaning cycle.
Set 13 Digital differential pressure control
In automatic running mode the cleaning cycle is activated and deactivated according to the dP readout.
If dP is below this threshold, the cleaning cycle stops and the display shows 'CYCLE STOP FOR LOW dP'.
The cleaning cycle stops at the end of the cycle
Set 14 Differential pressure digital control
With dP reading over the START threshold, the cleaning cycle is able to start.
Set 15 Maximum dP alarm.
If the dP readout is above the threshold in Set up, the maximum dP alarm is activated.
The display shows the alarm condition code E7
The corresponding alarm relay will signal its condition.
The alarm is automatically reset when the dP readout is below the alarm threshold again.
The activation of this alarm is delayed by 20 seconds by default.
Set 18 Output voltage selection for ev
Set the same output voltage you have selected by means of the jumpers to adjust the trip threshold of the short-circuit.
Otherwise, the sequencer might malfunction or be damaged.
Set 20 Inclusion / exclusion TC probe control
By connecting the Tribo-Check probe to the device it is possible to keep under control the dust emission in the duct.
The TC probe management contain some function and possible alarm situations that allow to find if there is a broken bag or a continuos emission over a set threshold.
If there is an alarm situation the relay K2 indicate it and on the display it is possible to check the kind of alarm. For further information read the manual of the device
Set 21 TC reading zero adjustment.
The display shows the reading of the TC probe and, when the plant stops and without dust in the duct, the reading must be 00 mg/m3. If it is different it is possible to adjust it.
Set 22 TC reading adjustment to get value on display in mg/m3
The display will show the numeric value corresponding to a 20 mA signal from the TC probe (100 default value).
For this regulation you shall enter a well-known dust quantity in the duct and check the readout of the operating equipment on the display.
Set 23 Delay for the activation of the continuous emission alarm
With TC probe signal reading over the threshold set in code 24, the high emission pre-alarm set On.
The display shows alarm condition code E3 and the related output relay contact indicate the alarm situation. If the emission level return under the set value, automatically the alarm switch Off.
In set up code 23 it is possible to set a delay on the activation of the high emission pre-alarm.
Set 24 Continuous emission pre-alarm threshold
With TC probe signal reading over the threshold set in code 24, the high emission pre-alarm set On.
The display shows alarm condition code E3 and the related output relay contact indicate the alarm situation.
If the emission level return under the set value, automatically the alarm switch Off.
In set up code 23 it is possible to set a delay on the activation of the high emission pre-alarm.
Set 25 Continuous emission alarm threshold
With TC probe signal reading over that the threshold set in code 25, the high emission alarm set On.
The display shows alarm condition code E4 and the related output relay contact indicate the alarm situation.
If the emission level return under the set value, automatically the alarm switch Off.
In set up code 23 it is possible to set a delay on the activation of the high emission alarm.
The same relay is used for alarm code E5, too. It indicate that the TC probe signal is lower than 2 mA.
Set 26 TC probe signal readout mean time
In set up function 26 it is possible to set a mean time of the TC probe reading.
This function is used to cut sporadic emission peak and to have a stable reading on the display.
