SETTING PROBE TC30 PASSING DUST FOR SIMULATION
The TC probe notes the passage of particles which are present in the gases by turning this physical phenomenon into an electric signal 4÷20 mA proportional to the dustiness degree.
Qd = Qt * Pt / 60

Qd = Dust in dispencer in mg/m³
Qt = Quantity of dust to be simulated mg/m³
Pt = Duct flow rate in m³/hour

A rotary switch located inside the head of the probe allows to change the amplification of the exit signal in order to permit a correct use of the TC probe in the most part of the dedusting systems

The purpose of the calibration is to set in right way the probe to have the indication when the dust emission is over the maximum limit allowed.
