GSM1 | GSM network connection for SMS sending in case of alarm | GSM network connection by Quad-Band modem 850/900/1800/1900 MHz. When an alarm switch On, the device send an SMS to the mobile phone number insert in set up with the indication of active alarm type (min. and max. dP alarms, dust emission alarms, electrovalves actiovation alarms). By sending an SMS to the SIM mobile phone number of the device iy is possible switch Off all the alarms and receive back a data string with some operating information: Alarms reset command: SMS text = !a Operating information datas sending command: SMS text = !i
GSM2 | GSM network connection for datas sending to database ESAWEB | GSM network connection by Quad-Band modem 850/900/1800/1900 MHz. The equipment sends some operating data to a database at regular time intervals By accessing the web page via PC, tablet or smartphone it is possible to view and download the stored data. In the event of alarms, data is written to the database even if outside the established time interval.
TC50 | Tribo probe with output 4 ÷ 20 mA | Tribo probe with output 4 ÷ 20 mA • A : Electrical connection • B : Probe fixing standard BS40 (Max 120 °C) • C : Probe fixing BS200 (Max 200°C) • D : Probe fixing BS400 (Max 400 °C) • E : Rod lenght in mm. Available lengths in mm: » 75 mm » 100 mm » 150 mm » 200 mm » 250 mm » 300 mm » 350 mm » 400 mm » 500 mm » 650 mm » 800 mm » 1000 mm » 1500 mm |

AL1 | Alarm relay contacts open | The relay contacts signaling the presence of alarm are open if there is no supply or in presence of alarm condition. With power supply on and in the absence of an alarm, the contact is closed. Relay contacts: 42 VAC - 5 A Max / 42VDC - 3A Max • A: Contact open in alarm |

C10 | dP threshold plant On/Off | dP reading > threshold = plant operating, hours counter active dP reading < threshold = plant Off, hours counter disactivated With plat Off minimum dP alarm does not operate. |
C13_10 | dP full range 10.00 kPa = 100.0 mbar = 1012 mmH2O. | Maximum differential pressure value measurable by the device 10.00 kPa = 100.0 mbar = 1012 mmH2O. With dP reading over 10 kPa the display shows 'E' instead of the numeric value of dP. |
C3 | Differential pressure readout from internal transducer (max 10 kPa)
C7c1 | Minimum dP alarm. Automatic reset. | If the dP readout is below the threshold set in Set up, the minimum dP alarm is activated. The display shows the alarm condition code E8 (see the alarm description) or the dP readout and letter L alternatively, according to the model. The corresponding alarm relay will signal its condition. The alarm is automatically reset when the dP readout is above the threshold again. With set value 'OFF' or 'E' (according to the model), the function is excluded. NOTE: the minimum dP alarm is delayed by 60 seconds by default after the activation of the first cleaning cycle. |
C7d1 | Maximum dP alarm. Automatic reset. | If the dP readout is above the threshold in Set up, the maximum dP alarm is activated. The display shows the alarm condition code E7 (see the alarm description) or the dP readout and letter H alternatively, according to the model. The corresponding alarm relay will signal its condition. The alarm is automatically reset when the dP readout is below the alarm threshold again. The activation of this alarm is delayed by 20 seconds by default. |
C8 | dP zero readout regulation | In this set up code it is possible to adjust the zero reading of differential pressure. In this function the display shows the dP reading and, with plant stops or air pipes not connected if the dP reading is not 0.00 kPa it is possible to adjust it by key A and C. |
D11c | Emission control by TRIBO-CHECK probe. | By connecting the Tribo-Check probe to the device it is possible to keep under control the dust emission in the duct. The TC probe management contain some function and different alarm situations that allow to find if there is a broken bag or a continuos emission over a set threshold. If there is an alarm situation the output relay contact indicate it and on the display it is possible to check the kind of alarm. |
D12 | TC high emission alarm activation delay
D12a1 | High emission pre-alarm threshold. Contact open with alarm. Automatic reset. | With TC probe signal reading over the threshold set in code 24, the high emission pre-alarm set On. The display shows alarm condition code E3 and the related output relay contact indicate the alarm situation. If the emission level return under the set value, automatically the alarm switch Off. In set up code 23 it is possible to set a delay on the activation of the high emission pre-alarm. |
D12b1 | High emission alarm threshold. Contact open with alarm. Automatic reset | With TC probe signal reading over that the threshold set in code 25, the high emission alarm set On. The display shows alarm condition code E4 and the related output relay contact indicate the alarm situation. If the emission level return under the set value, automatically the alarm switch Off. In set up code 23 it is possible to set a delay on the activation of the high emission alarm. The same relay is used for alarm code E5, too. It indicate that the TC probe signal is lower than 2 mA. |
D14c | Operation hours-counter | In Set up it is possible to visualize an hours counter. This counter is always active in operating and it stops in Set up. |
D18 | Emission readout setup in mg/m3 | It is possible to adjust the readout of the TC probe in set up function 22 so that the display will show the exact value of emissions expressed in mg/m3. The display will show the numeric value corresponding to a 20 mA signal from the TC probe (20 default value). For this regulation you shall enter a well-known dust quantity in the duct (e.g. 10 mg/m3) and check the readout of the operating equipment on the display. • Refer to the documentation for more information |
