|D11||Emission control by TRIBO-CHECK probe.||By connecting the Tribo-Check probe to the device it is possible to keep under control the dust emission in the duct.
The TC probe management contain some function and possible alarm situations that allow to find if there is a broken bag or a continuos emission over a set threshold.
If there is an alarm situation the relay K2 indicate it and on the display it is possible to check the kind of alarm. For further information read the manual of the device
• TC: Tribo Probe
• MB-TC: Connection terminal on Tribo probe
• MB: Terminal clamp connection Sequencer
• CS: Connection cable (Screened cable recommended)
|D16||RS485 serial line connection||With this option it is possible to connect the device to a PC by a serial line RS485 to check the running of the device and to set all its parameters by using the software ESAnet made by ESA Electronic Engineering Srl or by Profibus by using external converter.
• The line features are: • 9600 bit/sec • No parity bit • 1 stop bit • No flux control
|GSM1||GSM network connection for SMS sending in case of alarm||GSM network connection by Quad-Band modem 850/900/1800/1900 MHz. When an alarm switch On, the device send an SMS to the mobile phone number insert in set up with the indication of active alarm type (min. and max. dP alarms, dust emission alarms, electrovalves actiovation alarms). By sending an SMS to the SIM mobile phone number of the device iy is possible switch Off all the alarms and receive back a data string with some operating information: Alarms reset command: SMS text = !a Operating information datas sending command: SMS text = !i|
|GSM2||GSM network connection for datas sending to database ESAWEB||GSM network connection by Quad-Band modem 850/900/1800/1900 MHz. The equipment sends some operating data to a database at regular time intervals By accessing the web page via PC, tablet or smartphone it is possible to view and download the stored data. In the event of alarms, data is written to the database even if outside the established time interval.|
|A2a||Relay Voltage ON (K1)||If the device is supplied, relay K1 is activated and the terminal board contact is closed. In case of power failure, this contact is open.
• A: Relays
• B: Terminal board
|C10||dP threshold plant On/Off||dP reading > threshold = plant operating, hours counter active
dP reading < threshold = plant Off, hours counter disactivated
With plat Off minimum dP alarm does not operate.
|C13_10||dP full range 10.00 kPa = 100.0 mbar = 1012 mmH2O.||Maximum differential pressure value measurable by the device 10.00 kPa = 100.0 mbar = 1012 mmH2O.
With dP reading over 10 kPa the display shows 'E' instead of the numeric value of dP.
|C3||Differential pressure readout from internal transducer (max 10 kPa)|
|C8||dP zero readout regulation||In this set up code it is possible to adjust the zero reading of differential pressure.
In this function the display shows the dP reading and, with plant stops or air pipes not connected if the dP reading is not 0.00 kPa it is possible to adjust it by key A and C.
|D11d||Emission control by TRIBO-CHECK probe.||By connecting the Tribo-Check probe to the device it is possible to keep under c
ontrol the dust emission in the duct. The TC probe management contain some function and different alarm situations that allow to find if there is a broken bag or a continuos emission over a set threshold.
|D14c||Operation hours-counter||In Set up it is possible to visualize an hours counter.
This counter is always active in operating and it stops in Set up.
|D17||TC probe readout zero regulation (-9÷+9 points)||In set up function code 21 it is possible to adjust the zero reading of the signal from TC probe.
In this function the display shows the reading of the TC probe and, with plant stops and without dust in the duct, the reading must be 00 mg/m3. If it is different it is possible to adjust it by using key A and C.
|D18||Emission readout setup in mg/m3||It is possible to adjust the readout of the TC probe in set up function 22 so that the display will show the exact value of emissions expressed in mg/m3. The display will show the numeric value corresponding to a 20 mA signal from the TC probe (20 default value).
For this regulation you shall enter a well-known dust quantity in the duct (e.g. 10 mg/m3) and check the readout of the operating equipment on the display.
• Refer to the documentation for more information
|D19||Mean TC probe readout time||In Setup it is possible to set a mean time of the TC probe reading.
This function is used to cut sporadic emission peak and to have a stable reading on the display.
|D20||TC probe signal readout in mA||In set up function 27 the reading of the signal from TC probe in mA is shown. The range of the signal is 4÷20 mA.|
|DPa||Air connections 6x4 RILSAN pipe|
|SL||Multi language display||In Set up it is possible to select the language of all the descriptions showed by the display:
|T01||Temperature control via external sensor||In set up it is possible to include or exclude a temperature control from an external sensor. In the external temperature sensor it must be a 2-wire type that can be powered at 24VDC or 12VDC by the instrument and must provide a 4 ÷ 20 mA signal (4mA = 0 ° C, 20 mA = T03_xx)|
|T03||Temperature probe signal reading in mA||In set up, the signal from the temperature probe expressed in mA is displayed. Reading scale 4 ÷ 20 mA|
|T04_10||Full scale temperature reading 100 ° C||Maximum measurable temperature value equal to 100 ° C. External temperature sensor scale (4mA = 0 ° C, 20 mA = 100 ° C)|
