The signal is active, supplied at 12VDC by the device, the maximun drived load is 450 Ohm.
4mA = dP reading 0.00 kPa, 20 mA = dP reading equal to the full range requested.
If an external voltage is applied to C11a clamps the device will be damaged.

|C12||4÷20 mA output signal of TC probe readout||Repetition of the 4÷20 mA signal of the Tribo-Check probe. The signal is active, supplied at 12VDC from the device.
The maximum load is 350 Ohm An external voltage applied at the clamp of C12 can create a damage to the device.
|D16||RS485 serial line connection||With this option it is possible to connect the device to a PC by a serial line RS485 to check the running of the device and to set all its parameters by using the software ESAnet made by ESA Electronic Engineering Srl or by Profibus by using external converter.

|GSM1||GSM network connection for SMS sending in case of alarm||GSM network connection by Quad-Band modem 850/900/1800/1900 MHz. When an alarm switch On, the device send an SMS to the mobile phone number insert in set up with the indication of active alarm type (min. and max. dP alarms, dust emission alarms, electrovalves actiovation alarms). |AL1||Alarm relay contacts open||The relay contacts signaling the presence of alarm are open if there is no supply or in presence of alarm condition. With power supply on and in the absence of an alarm, the contact is closed.

|C7c1||Minimum dP alarm. Automatic reset.||If the dP readout is below the threshold set in Set up, the minimum dP alarm is activated.
The display shows the alarm condition code E8 (see the alarm description) or the dP readout and letter L alternatively, according to the model.
The corresponding alarm relay will signal its condition.
The alarm is automatically reset when the dP readout is above the threshold again.
With set value 'OFF' or 'E' (according to the model), the function is excluded.
NOTE: the minimum dP alarm is delayed by 60 seconds by default after the activation of the first cleaning cycle.
|C7d1||Maximum dP alarm. Automatic reset.||If the dP readout is above the threshold in Set up, the maximum dP alarm is activated. The display shows the alarm condition code E7 (see the alarm description) or the dP readout and letter H alternatively, according to the model.
The corresponding alarm relay will signal its condition. The alarm is automatically reset when the dP readout is below the alarm threshold again.
The activation of this alarm is delayed by 20 seconds by default.
|C8||dP zero readout regulation||In this set up code it is possible to adjust the zero reading of differential pressure.
In this function the display shows the dP reading and, with plant stops or air pipes not connected if the dP reading is not 0.00 kPa it is possible to adjust it by key A and C.
|D11c||Emission control by TRIBO-CHECK probe.||By connecting the Tribo-Check probe to the device it is possible to keep under control the dust emission in the duct.
The TC probe management contain some function and different alarm situations that allow to find if there is a broken bag or a continuos emission over a set threshold.
If there is an alarm situation the output relay contact indicate it and on the display it is possible to check the kind of alarm.
|D12||TC high emission alarm activation delay|
|D12a1||High emission pre-alarm threshold. Contact open with alarm. Automatic reset.||With TC probe signal reading over the threshold set in code 24, the high emission pre-alarm set On. The display shows alarm condition code E3 and the related output relay contact indicate the alarm situation. If the emission level return under the set value, automatically the alarm switch Off.
In set up code 23 it is possible to set a delay on the activation of the high emission pre-alarm.
|D12b1||High emission alarm threshold. Contact open with alarm. Automatic reset||With TC probe signal reading over that the threshold set in code 25, the high emission alarm set On. The display shows alarm condition code E4 and the related output relay contact indicate the alarm situation. If the emission level return under the set value, automatically the alarm switch Off.
In set up code 23 it is possible to set a delay on the activation of the high emission alarm.
The same relay is used for alarm code E5, too. It indicate that the TC probe signal is lower than 2 mA.
|D14c||Operation hours-counter||In Set up it is possible to visualize an hours counter.
This counter is always active in operating and it stops in Set up.
