A3a | Relay K1 Cycle ON / OFF contact. Closed with active cycle | If the cleaning cycle is active, the contact of relay K1 on the terminal board is closed. If cleaning cycle stops for any reason, contact K1 opens.
B8P | Short-circuit protection of every single output for sequencer P | In case of short circuit on an electrovalve, automatically the device skip it and relay K2 (K1 for model T) normally activated, switch Off for two seconds. After this time the cleaning cycle continue with the next valve.
Video | Standard features
A2a | Relay Voltage ON (K1) | If the device is supplied, relay K1 is activated and the terminal board contact is closed. In case of power failure, this contact is open. • A: Relays • B: Terminal board |
|
B1aP | Autoselection of the number of the output | The sequencer automatically checks if the electrovalves is connected or not. After the activation of last valve the cleaning cycle restart from the first electrovalve avaliable (Minimum load 5W ÷ 12 W depending on the output voltage).
B2a1 | Pulse time for each valve from 50 to 1000 ms. | Setting times from DIP-Switch
B3a3 | Interval time between two activation from 1 to 120 s. | Setting times from DIP-Switch
C6P | ON/OFF cleaning cycle from external pressure switch | With contact C6P open the cleaning cycle stop immidiatly and the green led 'LD21' blink. When C6P is closed the cleaning cycle restart from the point where it stops before. NOTE. Bridge C6P if not used • A: Contact open • B: Contact close |
|
D1aP | Additional cycles after fan stop | By connecting an auxiliary NO contact from the circuit of the fan it is possible to add a certain numbers of cleaning cycles after the stop of the fan. Its numbers is selectable by SW1 from 0 to 9. The activation of post cleaning cycles start even if C6P contact is open, when D1aP open the option C6P is ignored. With contact D1aP open the green Led 'LD21' blink. NOTE. Bridge D1aP if not used. • A: Contact open • B: Contact close |

G1 | Maximum load power 25W per output | Maximum load power 25W per output
HVP | Input / Output voltage selection. | Use the jumpers on the board to select the supply voltage and the output voltage on the electrovalves. (See the board layout). JP1: Supply voltage selection between 115VAC and 230VAC. JP2: Output voltage selection between 24, 115, 230 V (Only with 115VAC or 230VAC power supply). JP3: Output voltage selection between AC and DC only with JP2 set to 24V. |
